"The Association of Municipalities Polish Network "Energie Cités" (PNEC), a non-governmental non-profit organization, has been working with local governments since 1994 to shape the local low-carbon economy, efficient use of energy and its renewable sources, as well as environmental education and climate protection.
The network brings together dozens of cities and municipalities from across Poland that are leaders in sustainable development, as well as supporting members - industry companies. It belongs to the European network of "Energy Cities" cities, based in Besançon, France.
Since 2009, we have acted as the first Supporting Organization of the Covenant of Mayors in Poland, actively promoting this European initiative and helping Polish signatories realize their goals and commitments.

- preparation and distribution of publications on innovations in energy, ecology and education
